Ape Labs USA Policies


Return Policies

Orders can be returned within 30 days of original delivery, unless otherwise stated. Returns that arrive damaged or missing accessories/packaging may be charged an additional restocking fee.

"Rental" Returns: Full refund minus shipping upgrades and rental fee. Rental fee is calculated as $195 times the number of weeks that the pack is at the recipient's address (not including transit time). One week minimum charge. Free return shipping labels are provided.

"Sample" Returns: 0% Restocking Fee. Shipping upgrades are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Standard Returns: 20% Restocking Fee. Shipping upgrades are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage/Defect Returns: 0% Restocking Fee. Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full cash refund. Items that stop working properly after use, or are reported as defective after 7 days from delivery, may be returned for repair or replacement in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

NOTE: Special orders, customized items, and parts cannot be returned.

All returns must be sent back with an approved RMA number clearly written on outside shipping label. No returns accepted without an RMA number.

Refund Policies

All refunds will be processed within 2 business days or the return. Refunds will be made directly to the original funding source.

Free Shipping Policies

All prices on Ape Labs USA include free ground shipping within the US 48 states (3-6 day delivery). Express domestic shipping, as well as standard shipping rates to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are listed on the shopping cart page for a flat rate. Flat rate shipping charges are billed per product, regardless of quantity ordered.

Privacy Policy

Ape Labs USA will not share or sell private customer information with any third party companies, aside from payment processors and fraud protection companies.

Warranty Policies

Ape Labs USA warrants to the original purchaser that Ape Labs, Prost Lighting, and LED Table branded products be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of time (listed below), from the original purchase date. Warranty is only valid if purchased from ApeLabsUSA.com or from an Ape Labs authorized dealer within the USA. It is the purchaser's responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence, at the time of acquisition.

If warranty service is needed, an RMA number must first be established by contacting an Ape Labs USA representative. All shipping charges must be prepaid. If the service and/or parts are within the terms of this warranty, Ape Labs USA will repair or replace the product and pay return shipping charges as long as the destination is within the USA or Canada.

This warranty will automatically be voided if the product serial number has been altered, removed, modified, or reported stolen. It is also voided if the product has been modified in a manner that affects reliability of the product, or damaged because of improper maintenance, transportation or use.

If a product malfunctions and/or warranty service is needed, repair or replacement will be the only remedy. Under no circumstances shall Ape Labs USA be liable for any direct or consequential expenses, damages, or losses, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.

This warranty was established in January of 2021. It supersedes all prior warranties and descriptions of any warranty terms and conditions.

WARRANTY PERIODS FOR APE LABS, PROST LIGHTING, AND LED TABLE BRANDED PRODUCTS:

Purchased "NEW" = 3 YEAR (1,095 days) Limited warranty on all components except batteries, which have a 180 day limited warranty.
Purchased "B-STOCK" = 180 Day limited warranty if purchased thru ApeLabsUSA.com. Authorized dealers selling factory sealed, manufacturer refurbished products will receive the same warranty. Used products are not covered under this warranty.

Sales, Billing & Logistics:

All Ape Labs USA sales, pricing, and marketing are managed and run by Ape Labs GmbH (German) staff. The 'Ape Labs' brand is fully owned by Ape Labs GmbH (German). The 'Prost Lighting' brand is fully owned by Juflo GmbH (German). The 'Scrim King' brand is owned by a 3rd party company, GI Pro Light LLC (USA). Billing and logistics for web orders are handled by a 3rd party company, GI Pro Light LLC (USA). All credit card payments on Ape Labs USA are securely transmitted and tokenized by PayPal Merchant Services (USA). Direct credit card information is never stored on the Ape Labs USA, Prost Lighting, or Scrim King website.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information and data security is very important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 256 bit encryption on our website. If your browser supports SSL (most current browsers do), it will automatically encrypt the information you provide to us on the secure pages on our site, before sending it over the Internet.

White on our website, at the bottom of your browser, it will display an icon of a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending upon your browser). This will indicate if the server security has been successfully connected.

To authenticate the security of your connection before submitting any of your personal information, you can double click on the icon to display our digital certificate.

Some browser versions and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, we suggest that you contact us by phone to order.

Third Parties:

We never rent, sell, share, or distribute your personal data in any way to unrelated parties.  Your address will only be made available to the company responsible for shipping your items to you (usually UPS, USPS, or FedEx). No personally identifiable information will be distributed to any third party that is unrelated to the purpose for which it was collected. We only store this information for the convenience of our customers and our employees. Delicate credit card information is never stored in any of our databases, and only our order-processing department has access to our users' personally identifiable information. They will only access this information when necessary (for reasons such as assisting a customer or tracking a package).

Stored Information:

We do not store any personal information until a purchase is made or an account is created through our secure server. Account information includes: email addresses, first and last names, phone numbers, and creation dates. Order information includes: billing/shipping addresses, order costs, coupons, products purchased, IP addresses, order statuses, and non-delicate credit card information (card type, expiration date, and last four digits of card number). Personal information is stored in a separate, secure database and can be removed upon a user's request. Our secure database is completely separate from the database that holds our public information, which makes it virtually impossible to access private information from any public page. We only store enough information to provide convenience and reference for our employees and customers.

Cookies:

When you visit our site, a "cookie" (a very small text file) may be downloaded on your computer. If your browser is configured to accept cookies, it will accept the cookie and place it on your computer's hard drive. We collect this information to analyze where our customers are coming from and how often they visit our site. We also collect certain technical information from your computer, like your IP address and the address of a referring web site, if any. This information will allow us to enhance our site to our customer's preferences. This information is used only for the benefit of yourself and Ape Labs USA.
